You’ll need your Member ID (OIN) and password (you can retrieve them online if you’ve forgotten)
Note: To upload forms for your super account you need to access the original FirstNet site from the dropdown menu in the top right corner.
Keep in mind
- Most of our forms now support digital signatures
- The maximum individual file size is 6MB (megabytes)
- All your files combined can’t exceed 10MB
- If you need to reduce your file size, here are some tips
- Accepted file formats include PDF, JPG (or JPEG), PNG and BMP
- Please ensure all documents are legible before submitting
What you'll need

Log in to FirstNet to access your account

Click ‘My account’ in the menu at the top of the page

Click ‘e-post a request or upload a scanned form’ in the menu on the left side of the page

Click ‘Choose file’ to browse for the file/s to upload, and click ‘Add’ to attach the file/s.

Click ‘Send’ to submit your file/s to our team for processing.
You’re all done!
We’ll aim to review your request within five working days – and send you a confirmation once it’s processed. If we need more information one of our team members will be in touch.
