The CFS app

Create your account
Once you've downloaded the app, tap ‘Create a new account’ and enter your Member ID (OIN). Don’t know your Member ID? Tap ‘Find my Member ID’ to retrieve it.
Verify your identity
Enter your date of birth. We’ll send a 6-digit code to the mobile number registered to your account. Enter the code to confirm it’s you.
Create a strong password
Keep your account secure by creating a unique password that’s hard to guess. Avoid personal details and never share it.
Log in
Tap ‘Login’, then enter your Member ID and the password you just created.

Create login details
You’ll need your Member ID (OIN), postcode, and date of birth.
Your Member ID is shown in the top-right corner of your latest statement. Can’t find it? Retrieve your Member ID.
Verify your identity
For your security, we’ll send a 6-digit code to your registered mobile number. Prefer email? You can choose to have the code sent to your registered email address instead.
Create a strong password
Keep your account secure by creating a unique password that’s hard to guess. Avoid personal details and never share it.

How to view your statements on Firstnet
- Log in and select the account you want to view.
- Click Statements at the top of the page.
- You can view your statement online or download it as a PDF.
How to download a customer report
- On the statements page, click Create Report.
- Choose your preferred date range (from account opening to today) or select one of the preset ranges.
- Click Create Report again. If you have an email on file, you’ll receive a notification when the report is ready.
- Retrieve your custom report from Documents.
How to withdraw funds on on FirstNet
- Log in to your account using your Member ID (OIN) and password.
- On your dashboard, select ‘Withdraw my funds’ under the product name. If you have multiple accounts, choose your pension account first.
- Decide how much you’d like to withdraw. The amount will be paid into your pension payment account.
How to withdraw fund via the Mobile App
- Login to the CFS app.
- Tap MyCFS.
- Select ‘Withdraw my funds’ under the Account menu. If you have multiple accounts, choose your pension account first.

BPAY

Email your super details to your employer
- Log in to the CFS app.
- From the Overview page, tap ‘Grow my super’.
- Select ‘Share details with employer’ and enter your employer’s email address so they can start making contributions to your CFS super
How to update your contact details in FirstNet
- Log in to FirstNet.
- Select ‘My Profile’ from the top navigation menu.
- Click ‘Edit my contact details’.
- Verify your identity with a one-time passcode (OTP).
- You can update your email, phone number, residential address, and mailing address.
How to update your personal details in the mobile app
- Log in to the CFS app.
- Tap MyCFS.
- Go to Personal details.
- Scroll to the bottom and select ‘Edit Personal Details’.
- Verify your identity with a mobile code.
- You can update your email, phone number, residential address, and mailing address.
