Task steps - Super Accounts

  1. Log in to our secure online portal FirstNet, to access your account

    You will need your Member ID (OIN) and password. If you’ve forgotten your Member ID (OIN) or password, you can retrieve your login details online.

  2. Click ‘My Profile’ in the top right menu

  3. Click ‘Communication preferences’ tab then click ‘Edit my communication preferences’

    It’s easy to switch your existing communication preferences to emailed statements and messages.

  4. Click ‘Generate FirstNet code’

    This will send a unique code to your registered mobile phone number. If you do not have a registered mobile phone number on your account, call us on 13 13 36 (8:30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, Sydney time).

  5. Enter the unique code

  6. Update your communication choices and click ‘Submit’

  7. You’re all done!

Task steps - Investment and Pension Accounts

  1. Log in to our secure online portal FirstNet, to access your account
