What you'll need?
Please provide us with either one of the two primary photographic documents:
- A valid current Australian Driver’s Licence, or;
- An Australian Passport, can be expired for up to a maximum of two years

Before you start, please carefully study our detailed photo and selfie specifications.

Take a photo of yourself holding your Primary Photographic ID next to your face.

Gather all your documents, including:
- The photo of you holding your Primary Photographic ID
- A close-up image or scan of your Primary Photographic ID
- Any other required documents, such as your completed request form

Return all documents by following one of the options below:
1. Upload online through FirstNet via e-Post
Make sure all your document files meet our e-Post size requirements
OR
2. Email to contactus@cfs.com.au
This must be sent from your CFS registered email address
