View all your platform notifications in one place on FirstWrap

We’ve revamped our platform notification centre, making it easier for you to stay informed across important operational updates, platform enhancements, news, offer document changes and more, straight from the FirstWrap platform.

As we continue to evolve FirstWrap, we are continually looking at new ways to enhance the experience for our customers, making the platform more intuitive, efficient, and easy to use.

Based on our conversations with advisers and their support teams over the past year, it became clear to us that we could improve the way we communicated platform changes to you.

As a result of this feedback, launching in early November 2021, we’ll be adding new message functionality to the platform dashboard and notification centre, which will give you access to important operational updates, platform enhancements, news, offer document changes, and more.

When you log in to the platform, you can expect to see your highest priority message highlighted at the top of your screen, with other related updates listed within the notification centre itself.

The different types of messages you’ll be able to view within the notification centre include:

  • Operational updates such as system outages and downtime due to maintenance
  • Legislation changes and news about PDS documents
  • Early warning for important cut-off dates such as EOFY and tax statement updates
  • The latest enhancements to our platform, products and services
  • Access to our educational webinars and resources
