Our graduate program

CFS has gone through a significant transformation and is now focused on growth and building our momentum. Our graduates are a key part of that future. In our 12 month graduate program, you’ll be welcomed into an organisation that’s deeply committed to your development. The program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders at CFS.

Your journey with CFS

As a graduate at CFS, you'll join a dynamic group of high-potential individuals ready to solve complex problems across four distinct rotations. Each rotation is carefully designed to build a strong foundation for your future career.

You’ll start in your home business domain, journey through two other rotations, and complete a final rotation in our customer service centre. This experience is intentional because understanding our customers firsthand is fundamental to everything we do at CFS.

Throughout the program, you’ll build on your expertise with practical experience, engage in development days for personal and professional growth, enjoy membership to our youth network ‘Evolve’, and receive guidance from an executive mentor.
