CFS members with an active CFE Edge or FirstWrap super, pension, or investment account. Trust, Company or SMSF accounts are currently not available on the app.

If you’re a new FirstWrap client, you’ll be sent a letter with a unique registration code which you’ll need to enter to set up your account(s) in the app.

If you’ve lost or haven’t received your invite letter, please call us on 1300 769 619, 8:30am – 6pm Sydney time, to retrieve your unique registration code.

 

If you’re a CFS Edge client, you won’t be sent a unique registration code. Instead, please use your email address, account number and mobile number to set up your account(s) in the app.

The CFS Edge mobile app is for clients with CFS Edge or FirstWrap Super, Pension or Investments accounts. Please search for ‘CFS Edge’ in your app store to make sure you download the right app.

 

The Colonial First State app is for members with FirstChoice Super, Pension or Investments accounts.

The app will work on Apple phones using iOS version 12.0 or later and Android phones using version 6.0 or later.

 

The app will not work on Tablets, iPads, iPods, smart watches or devices using a Windows operating system.

Yes. The security of your personal information is important to us. We do not store any personally identifiable information on the app to ensure your information is kept secure.

Yes. However, only Australian mobile phones can be used for the registration process. Once the registration process is complete, the app can be used overseas on the same device.

Yes. The app is optimised to meet accessibility guidelines for low vision or vision impairment users. You will need the 'accessibility features' enabled on your phone to use this feature.
