From 22 July, we’re making it easier for you to request physical copies of product disclosure statements (PDS) and documents. This is part of ongoing enhancements and improvements we’re making to our website to create a better experience for you and your clients.
The good news is the location to order your PDS documents isn’t changing. What we’ve done is introduce a more streamlined and simpler navigation menu for you to self-serve via a new look online shop. This enhancement will mean fewer clicks to find what you’re looking for and faster delivery of items to your door.
