How to access the FirstTech guides

Our technical reference guides are now exclusively available to CFS users, reflecting the value we place on keeping them current, accurate, and in the hands of the advisers they're built for. To access the full guide library, log in via CFS Edge or FirstNet and follow the steps below. 

CFS Edge

  1. Log in to CFS Edge 
  2. Open 'Need help' 
  3. Search for and select 'FirstTech Guides'

FirstNet

  1. Log in to FirstNet 
  2. Select 'Product Support' in the top navigation 
  3. Click 'FirstTech'
