Data feeds through to Iress Xplan are now available in External Platform Interface (EPI) file format 4.3. This format accommodates the latest industry and regulatory conventions and allows us to provide richer data including:
- The ability to send underlying managed account holdings and transactions
- ETP components
- Pension payment details
- Extended transaction and income details.
The EPI feeds will reduce the need for multiple data entry and manually keying in data to update your client database system with your FirstChoice clients' information.
How to access the enhanced data
You can now register for the EPI data feeds through FirstNet Adviser. Once you’re logged in please follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Reporting tab.
- Click on the Data Feeds tab.
- Select which vendor you want to register with from the drop down.
- Click the consent box once you understand the terms and conditions, and click Register.
- A Registration Username and Registration Password will be generated.
- You will need to register with these details through Iress Xplan site.
