There’s an easy way to view your Centrelink pension/income schedule. Simply log in to FirstNet, our secure online portal.
Keep in mind
- Whenever you see ‘PP’ displayed on your FirstNet screen, it means ‘Pension Payments’
- If you have a FirstWrap account, please visit this page.

Log in to FirstNet to access your account

Click on ‘My account’
At the top of your screen, click on the heading that says ‘My account’, and wait briefly for a new screen to open up.

View the menus on the left of your screen
On the left of the new screen, find the heading ‘Manage my account’ and click on it.
Six new headings will then appear beneath it. The fourth heading down is ‘Pension payments’

Click on ‘Pension payments’
You’ll see a new screen with a table displaying all your pension information. This includes next payment amount, due date, BSB code, bank details and more.

Download your Centrelink document
Below the table of pension details, click on the small heading that says ‘Download current Centrelink/DVA schedule’.*
A new window will open up in your computer’s browser, displaying the contents of the Centrelink document.

Save the document as a PDF
If you wish, you can save this document to your computer as a PDF (Portable Document File).
