There are some forms or transactions, including change of bank details, where we may need to make a security call to your client to verify their identity or instructions. This is to protect against potential fraud.
You’ll need to have your own subscription to the electronic signature vendor of your choice in order to use this process, unless using the Digital Communications Tool via FirstNet Adviser, which remains unchanged.

Download the form from our website and use your electronic signature provider to have your client electronically sign the form. Ensure SMS authentication is enabled if you wish to use two-factor authentication.
When the forms have been signed and completed by your client, download the document. It is important to ensure that the electronic certificate/audit trail has been included with the form in one PDF document.
Upload the document via e-Post ensuring that the Certificate of Completion with Envelope ID, Final Audit Report with Security Panel Banner or security certificate are included.
