The Colonial First State app puts you in control of your super, pension or investments by making it easy to view and manage your accounts – whenever and wherever it suits you.

Here’s how to log into the app for the first time.

Step 1: Open your app

Open the app by double clicking on it. At the welcome screen, tap the Log in button.

Tips: Have you logged into FirstNet before? If not, tap Register for online access.

 

Step 2: Log in

To log in for the first time, you’ll need your:

  • Member ID (OIN), which is your 8-digit Online Identification Number 

  • your password.

Tips: You can find your Member ID (OIN):

■ at the top of your statements

■ in the letter we sent you after you opened your account.

Forgotten your Member ID (OIN) or password? Tap Forgot Member ID (OIN) or password to retrieve your log in details.

 

Step 3: Accept terms and conditions

After successfully logging in, read and accept our terms and conditions.

Tips: To continue to the next step, you must accept the terms and conditions by tapping Agree. If you tap Decline you will either need to:

■ select Quit and leave the app

■ return to the previous screen by tapping View terms and conditions.

 

 

Step 4: Set up Face/Touch ID for Apple devices or Fingerprint ID for Android devices

To make sure you can login next time using Touch ID or face ID, tap I understand

 

To go back to the dashboard, tap the X in the top left corner, or 'Not now' as shown in the image to the right.

Tips: Face ID is not available on all devices and will only show as an option if it’s available on your device.
